Engagements begin with a conflicts check and a brief scoping conversation. Non-testifying consulting inquiries are welcome. Please do not send protected health information or case records through this site or by email until counsel has designated a secure channel.
Helpful to include
- Parties to screen for the conflicts check (names of parties and key individuals).
- Jurisdiction and posture — venue and where the matter stands.
- What you need — a rapid screen, a full reliability review, deposition preparation, or rebuttal support.
- Timing — any report-response, motion, or deposition deadlines.

Scope of engagement
- Non-testifying consulting review unless a testifying role is separately agreed in writing.
- No legal advice and no application of legal standards; the governing standard stays with counsel.
- No guarantee of outcome — no assurance regarding admissibility, exclusion, settlement, or verdict.
- Counsel controls all legal strategy; the reviewer provides medical and scientific causation analysis only.
